Here comes a test for the House

Harriet Miers didn't show, when called to testify before the Judicial Committee of the house on the Justice Dept attorney firings. She should be held in contempt. Will she? This is Conyers who chairs the committee, none the less. If in spite of this, if she is not held in contempt and packed off to jail there is no hope whatsoever for the Dems.
